Order processing time at our warehouse

All orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse within two business days (Mon-Fri)*. In November, order processing takes 10-15 business days due to high order volumes.

Most orders sent to the Helsinki metropolitan area, Turku, and Tampere that reach us by 9 p.m. on a business day are delivered by the next business day, provided Posti is selected as the carrier. Orders shipped with PostNord, Matkahuolto, and DHL are dispatched from our warehouse on the same business day if the order is received before 2 p.m.

Delivery time

• DHL Express normally delivers the next business day.
• PostNord, Matkahuolto, and Posti usually take 1-2 business days, and usually 3-4 business days in Northern Finland.

Estimated transit time is calculated from the day the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time to a pickup point or the recipient's address depends on the carrier and the delivery method selected. Carriers are responsible for their delivery times.

In-store pickup orders are normally processed within 24 hours. During campaign periods, processing takes 2-7 days.

You can also pick up your order from a Yeppo store (excluding Oulu), provided all the products you selected are available at the chosen store.

Products from the online store and store inventories cannot be combined in the same order. Product availability is always confirmed by the store, and you will receive confirmation of the products when you get a notification that your order is ready for pickup. Store pickup is always free.

Store pickup orders are held for 14 days. In November and December, pickup orders are held for 7 days.

• Postnord / DPD / Matkahuolto usually 2-4 business days.
• Matkahuolto Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) - Delivery time 2-5 days. Matkahuolto's partner in the Baltics is Omniva (Estonian Post). The parcel will be delivered for collection to either the pickup point selected by the sender or the nearest pickup point determined based on the recipient's address. In Latvia and Lithuania, larger parcels are delivered directly to the recipient's door.

Orders delivered to the EU area include all taxes and fees. Orders are shipped with delivered duty paid (DDP) delivery.
